以发展现代循环农业推动生态强省建设的思考

摘　　要：基于当前资源和生态环境面临的严峻形势,为实现经济社会和生态环境的可持续发展,必须发展现代循环农业以促进生态强省建设。本文通过阐述循环经济、生态强省的衍变及相互间关系,深入剖析了福建省发展区域现代循环农业和生态强省建设的五个"有利"与五个"不利"条件,提出因地制宜发展区域循环农业的五种主要模式和八个重要环节,为通过发展现代循环农业来推动生态强省建设提供了科学的思路和对策。In view of the grim situation of the current resources and eco-environment, modem circular agriculture should be developed to promote the construction nf eco-province for the realization of sustainable development of economy, society and eeo-environment. This paper expounds the evolution of circular economy and ecoprovince and their interrelationships, makes an in-depth analysis of five ＂favorable＂ and five ＂adverse＂ eonditions for the development of modem regional circular agriculture and the construction of eco-province of Fujian, and proposes five major models and eight key steps to develop regional circular agriculture based on local conditions, which provide scientific thinking and countermeasures for promoting the construction of eco-province by developing modem circular agficuhure.
