摘　　要：本文在借鉴国外施行医疗责任强制保险经验的基础上,结合我国现状,从保险标的、实施模式和经营模式等三个方面探讨了我国医疗责任强制保险的法律定位,以期为我国医疗责任强制保险的完善和发展提供参考。Based on the experiences of medical liability compulsory insurance in foreign countries and the current situation in China, this paper discusses the legal issues of medical liability compulsory insurance in China from the following three aspects： insurance objective, practice mode and business operation ,which might be help- ful for its development and perfection in China.
