关于加快发展牧民合作经济组织的对策建议——以锡林郭勒盟为例

摘　　要：随着内蒙古经济发展和农村牧区改革进程的加快,牧民合作经济组织得到迅速发展。其中锡林郭勒盟作为牧民合作经济组织发展较早较好的地区,在盟委政府的高度重视和支持下,涌现出了一大批养殖、服务等专业合作组织,为牧区经济发展注入了新的活力,为牧民收入提高提供了平台,在带领牧民进入市场、草原生态保护、提高产品质量和效益方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但总体看还是处在初始阶段,存在着很多不完善之处,在各级政府的正确引导和大力支持下,牧民合作经济组织一定要加强和完善内部管理制度,培养和树立品牌意识,围绕当地优势特色产业,努力做大做强。With the economic development and acceleration of the reform process of the rural and pastoral ar-eas in Inner Mongolia, the herd cooperative organizations have developed rapidly. The herd cooperative organiza- tion in Xilingol developed earlier and better than other regions. A large number of professional cooperative orga- nizations such as breeding, service have been emerged with the support and high attention of the local govern- ment. The herd cooperative organization injected new vitalities into the development of pastoral economy. It notonly provides the plat{orm {or herders to increase melr incomes, uut at^o ,~.~u tion, it plays more and more important role in grassland ecological protection, the improvement of the quality and efficiency of products. However, it is still in the initial stage, the improvements are needed as well. Under the correct guidance and strong support of the government, the herd cooperative organization must strengthen and improve the internal management system, train and establish awareness of the brand and strive to become bigger and stronger by developing the local advantageous industries.
