“人民资本主义”论评析及其启示意义

摘　　要：2008年金融危机的爆发,引起了世界范围内对资本主义制度的新一轮分析批判。"人民资本主义"论是资产阶级学者为资本主义制度辩护的代表性理论,其内容主要包括"资本民主化"与"管理民主化"。其论者认为由于小额股票的大量发行和股权的分散化,全社会人人持股,人人都是资本家;劳动同资本的对立已经消除,资本主义实现了质变。本文运用劳动同资本对立的辩证性理论,对"人民资本主义"论进行分析,得出了其实质是资本进一步加强自己统治的手段,是资本主义生产发展的社会化、集中化与垄断化的内在需求。通过对"人民资本主义"论的评析,我们可以得到其对我国当前建设中国特色社会主义经济制度的启示。The 2008 financial crisis, cause a new analysis and criticism to capitalist system in the world. The theory of＂ People＇s capitalism ＂ is the bourgeois scholars defend for capitalist system representation theory, its content mainly includes ＂ capital democratization ＂ and ＂ democratic management ＂ It argued that because of the small stock issued in large numbers and equity decentralization, whole society everyone shares, everybody is capitalist labor and capitalist; the opposition has been eliminated, realized the qualitative change of capitalist. This paper applies labor and capital are the dialectical theory, the theory, of ＂ people＇ s capitalism ＂ draw its essence that is capital to further strengthen their rule of capitalist production means, is the development of social- ization, centralization and monopoly of the intrinsic demand. Based on the theory of ＂ people＇ s capitalism ＂, we can get it for our current construction of socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics enlightenment.
