摘 要:以硝酸铋[Bi(NO3)3.5H2O]和十二硫醇(C12H25SH)为原料,辛酸钠[NaOOC(CH2)6CH3]作相转移试剂,在230℃和250℃热分解单源前驱体十二硫醇铋,成功合成了Bi2S3纳米棒.所得样品用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、能量分散光谱(EDS)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱进行了表征.结果表明,所得Bi2S3纳米棒长0.4~5.0μm、直径50~110nm,属正交晶相和单晶结构.与230℃制得的纳米棒相比,250℃制得棒的长径比更高、长度更长,但直径相当.其能带间隙由体相的1.3eV分别增加到2.70和2.85eV,显示出较强的量子尺寸效应.Using bismuth nitrate [Bi(NO3 )3·5H2O] and dodecanethiol (C12 H25SH) as starting materi- als and sodium octanoate [NaOOC(CH2 )6CH2 ] as a phase transfer reagent, bismuth sulfide (Bi2S2) nano- rods were successfully synthesized by the thermolysis of the single-source precursors bismuth dodecanethio- late at 230 ℃ and 250 ℃. The as-prepared producs were characterized by XRD, TEM, EDS, SAED, SEM, and UV-Vis techniques. The results show that the bismuth sulfide nanorods, with diameters in the range of 50-110 nm and lengths up to 0. 4--5.0μm, are orthorhombic phase and single crystal structure. Compared with the nanorods prepared at 230 ℃ s the nanorods prepared at 250℃ have higher aspect ratio, larger lengths and almost same diameters. The band gap energy of Bi2 S3 nanorods are shifted to higher ener- gy of 2. 70 and 2.85 eV compared to the typical direct band gap of 1.3 eV of the bulk Bi2S2, which exhibits strong quantum size effects.
