摘　　要：目的:探讨256螺旋CT行冠状动脉造影和头颈动脉造影的最佳护理方法.方法:对我院进行的282例造影病人实施全程护理、干预.结果:造影病人极积配合,顺利完成造影,CT质量效果好.结论:在进行256排螺旋CT冠状动脉及头颈动脉造影过程中进行科学全面的心理护理,是保障病人造影质量和效果的重要因素.Objective： To discuss the optimum nursing methods for patients who undergo 256-slice spiral CT for coronary angiography and head and neck arteriography, to improve radiography quality and obtain the best radiography effect. Methods： 282 patients in our hospital who underwent radiography were treated with the whole course of nursing care and intervention. Results： Patients actively cooperated and completed angiography successfully, the CT qualities were good. Conclusion： During the process of 256-slice spiral CT for coronary and head and neck arteriography, scientific and comprehensive psychological nursing care is an important factor for ensuring the quality and effect of angiography.
