摘  要:试验结果表明,2叶2芽的微扦插枝条,生根率可达90%以上,甚至100%。可直接应用于生产,具有生产使用价值。外源激素ABT1和GGR6,都能显著增加不定根发生率,比对照高出30%以上,GGR6更优于ABT1。沙培作为基质,大大优于水培和土培,因为,沙培有效地调节了不定根发生过程中,水、气、温的矛盾。同一外植体插穗,从上至下存在着生理代谢极性差异,第3芽段不定根发生率最高,因为它半木质化程度高,叶片光合功能最强,有利于促进发根。给予微扦插插穗施以无机营养,能促进不定根的发生和壮根。The test results show that, the rooting rate of 2 leaves and 2 buds micro cutting branches were up to 90%, or in some cases 100%. Thus the 2 leaves and 2 buds micro cutting branches, which are of great use-value, could be directly applied to production. The exogenous hormone ABT1 and GGR6 can significantly increase the incidence. The test group under ABT1 or GGR6 has a more than 30% higher rooting rate of adventitious roots than the control group, and the GGR6 group is better than ABT1 group. As a matrix, Sand culture is much better than hydroponic or soil culture. For sand culture could effectively balance all the conditions-water, air, and temperature-in the process of growing of adventitious roots. The physiological metabolic polarity exist in explant cutting. The third segment bud gets the highest rooting rate of adventitious roots, because its highest semi-lignification and strongest photosynthetic function give a great help to the promotion of roots. If Given inorganic nutri- ents, micro cuttings strains can grow more and stronger adventitious roots.
