摘　　要：马克思主义人本思想是以"人"为研究起点,核心是以人为本,最终目标是实现人的全面自由发展。高校图书馆管理的主要对象也是人,但高校图书馆管理有其特殊性,主要体现在对读者的管理和对馆员的管理这两个方面。以马克思主义人本思想为指导,加强高校图书馆管理,要求针对图书馆管理对象的特点开展工作,体现人本关怀,解决读者和馆员的实际问题,培养人本队伍,创建人本环境。Starting from the research on human, and centered to human, Marxist humanistic thought are aimed at the overall development of man. The subject of college library service is people too, but it is pe- culiar in two aspects of management on readers and on librarians. Insisting on Marxism to strengthen the university library management requires solving the practical problems for readers and librarians, which is also a good reflection of humanistic concern.
