摘　　要：学科馆员制度是我国图书馆服务领域的全新服务模式,不同层次的高校需要获取知识服务的特点也不同。针对教学研究型大学的特点,提出教学研究型大学图书馆学科馆员的服务方式,即以分层次、有重点的嵌入式服务融入学科教学与科学研究,使学科馆员的服务落到实处。The subject librarian system in China in is a brand-new service model, which meets the needs of colleges and universities on different levels for different kinds of knowledge service. Referring to the char- acteristics of teaching-and-research-oriented university, it puts forward the special service ways of subject librarians, paying attention to stages and emphasis.
