摘　　要：分析当代档案管理体制的主要内容及特点,一方面是通过面对过去,对现实的档案管理体制有一个更为真切的理解;另一方面,是面向未来通过不断调整与改革,解决现行档案管理体制在新的社会转型期遇到的新问题,探寻更为合理的档案管理体制发展道路。From the analysis of the main content and characteristics of the current file administration system,some measure should be taken.On one hand,we should pay more attention so as to get further understand to the current file administration system due to facing the past,on another hand,some new measure will be taken with the new problem of the current file administration system to explore a new reasonable way of file administration system.
