摘　　要：监狱劳教人民警察培训是实现监狱劳教事业发展与警察个体发展的双向互动、相互促进的过程,主要目的在于将监狱劳教人民警察现有的知识、技能和综合素质提升到胜任新的工作标准所需要的水平上来。基于特殊的行业需求和职业特点等因素,监狱劳教人民警察培训有其不同于普通职业培训的运行模式。The prison people＇s police training is to realize two-way interaction and mutual promotion of the prison police career development and individual development,the main purpose is to promote the existing knowledge,skills and comprehensive quality of the people＇s police to level to meet need of the new job.Based on the special industry needs and professional characteristics factors,the prison people＇s police training has its operation mode which is different from ordinary vocational training.
