云广特高压OLT过程的几起故障分析及改进建议

摘　　要：介绍了云广特高压空载加压试验(OLT)的电压控制原理,以及OLT过程中发生的几起故障。在分析每起故障的背景、现象及其电压控制策略的基础上,对空载加压试验提出如下建议:修改换流变压器分解头控制逻辑;改进直流保护系统内的阀组过压保护逻辑;最好在降低直流系统电压至200 kV后才停止OLT试验。The voltage control principle of open line test （OLT） and several faults in the OLT process of Yunnan-Guangdong UHVDC project are introduced. Analyzing the background, phenomena and voltage control strategy of each fault, this paper gives improvement advices for the OLT as follows： to modify the tap changer control mode; to improve the valve group over-voltage protection logic in the DC protection system; to stop the OLT process when the reduced DC voltage less than 200 kV.
