摘　　要：探讨超声诊断宫颈妊娠的价值。方法　在膀胱适度充盈情况下 ,采用 AL OKA62 0型超声显像仪对子宫及宫颈进行纵、横多角度探测。结果　超声能对宫颈妊娠作出迅速、准确的诊断。结论　超声是诊断宫颈妊娠的最佳方法。Purpose To assess the value of the ultrasonic diagnosis of cervix pregnancy.Methods Under the condition of the bladder moderately filled,the length and breadth of the womb and cervix were surveyed using ALOKA 620 type ulrasonography.Results Ultrasonography can provide the rapid and precise diagnosis for the cervix pregnancy.Conclusions Ultrasonography is the best method to diagnose the cervix pregnancy. Key words Cervix pregnancy Ultrasonic diagnosis Ultrasonographic characterretinal reattachment occured in 30 eyes(93.75%).The visual accuities improved in 30 eyes,unchanged in 2 eyes.Conclusions The study indicated that C 3F 8 tamponade was an effective procedeure in the management of recurrent retinal detachment in the management of recurrent retinal detachment with macular hole.Vitrectomy combined with C 3F 8 tamponade was the first choice in the treatment of the recurrent redetachment.
