脾功能与血液学关系实验研究(Ⅲ)——脾切除对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：本文通过对家兔脾切除(n=15)与对照组(n=15)手术前后的血液粘度,血小板数,红细胞压积及平均红细胞表面面积与体积之比(MSA/MSV)的观察比较,发现脾切除后家兔全血粘度及血小板数,MSA/MCV比值均显著增加。从而提示脾脏对循环血液的流变状态具有重要作用,这一结果对临床上脾切除患者术后易出现的缺血性心脏病具有重要的理论意义。Blood viscosity and its contributory factors namely plasma viscosity, hematocrit, MSA/MCV-ratio and platelet count were measured in 15 outbred rabbits before and 2-8 weeks after splenectomy and compared with those in controls ( n=15 ) undergoing sham-splenectomy. The wholeblood viscosity was significantly increased after splenectomy and was associated with increased platelet count and MSA/MCV-ratio. These results suggest that normal splenic function may be strongly related to the blood of deformation and flow of its cells.This may account for the observed increase in deaths from is-chaemic heart disease many years after splenectomy in clinic.
