摘  要:本实验将40只家兔随机分为两组:脾切除组和对照组(每组20只),在术前和术后20~30天内观察检测了红细胞数,“痘痕”红细胞数及红细胞免疫活性——红细胞C_3b受体花环率等。结果发现脾切除的动物“痘痕”红细胞明显增多,红细胞C_3b受体花环率显著降低,两者呈负相关。这表明脾脏不但对红细胞形态结构具有重要作用,而且通过这种作用还将影响其免疫粘附功能。由于脾切除后红细胞C_3b受体活性变化比“痘痕”红细胞更灵敏、迅速,因此红细胞C_3b受体的检测可能为临床评价脾功能提供一新的指标。The effects of sp1enectomy on morphology of erythrocyte were studied in 41 rabbits randomly divided into splone ctomy group(n = 21) and sham operation group ( n = 20 ). In both groups, peripheral blood samples were obtained before and 15 to 50 days after operation. The count, size and shape of red cells such as mean red cell surface area(MSA), reticulocyte and acanthocyte were investigated. The results showed a significant increase in MSA, the count of reticulocyte, acanthocyte and Howell-Jolly bodies of red cells in splenecto-mized rabbits. These observations indicate that normal splenic function may play an important role in keeping RBC morphology normal, including splenic surface remodeling, pitting and culling of red cells.
