摘  要:将罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)在0.1、0.2、0.4 mg/L的壬基酚中暴露48 h,检测壬基酚对罗氏沼虾血清中部分免疫酶活力的影响。结果表明:高剂量壬基酚组(0.4 mg/L)的罗氏沼虾血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力在前期受到明显抑制(p<0.05),24 h后各剂量组血清SOD活力转为促进,中、高剂量组的SOD活力显著高于对照组(p<0.05);中、低剂量组血清中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力均受到抑制,其中12 h低剂量组血清ACP活力显著降低(p<0.05),高剂量组则表现为先促进后抑制的效应;各剂量组血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力先受到抑制后转为促进,48 h中、低剂量组血清AKP活力显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。The Macrobrachium rosenbergill was exposed to Nonylphenol (NP) at different doses (0.1, 0.2, 0.4 mg/L) within 48 hours. Effects of NP on the activities of immunologic enzyme in blood serum of the M. rosenbergii was detected. Results showed that the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the high dose group was significantly inhibited (P 〈0.05) at the early stage, and the activities of serum SOD were increased in each dose groups in 24 hours, and the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) at medium and high dose groups were more active than that of the control group in 24 hours. The activities of serum acid phosphates (ACP), decreased at medium and low dose groups, was significantly low (P 〈0.05) at the low dose group within 12 hours, but was first induced and then inhibited at the high dose group. The activities of alkaline phosphates (AKP) in serum were inhibited at first and then induced at each dose groups, and the activities of AKP in serum were significantly higher (P〈0.05) at the medium and low doses compared with the control group within 48 hours.
