摘 要:氨水吸收式制冷以其节能环保的优势,越来越受到人们的关注。目前,氨水吸收式技术的研究与开发主要集中在高效循环工质对的寻求、系统循环的优化组合、低品位热能的利用、吸收强化与小型化、以及强化传热传质的添加剂等方面,特别是吸收器的吸收强化和添加剂的研究,成为氨水吸收式研究的热点。本文提出了一种新型的氨水吸收式制冷循环,该制冷循环由高温烟气驱动,采用两级发生,实现了能量的分级利用,有助于提高能量的利用率;引入GAX循环,回收了部分吸收热,有助于提高循环的COP;引入喷射器,使得吸收压力高于蒸发压力,吸收过程在较高压力下进行,有助于提高吸收终了浓溶液的浓度,增大放气范围,改善循环的性能COP。For its advantages of environmental and energy saving, ammonia water absorption refrigeration had been paid more and more attention. The research and development of ammonia water absorption refrigeration technique has been focttsed on searching for working pair with high efficiency, optimizing the cycle of whole system, utilizing the low- grade heat reservoir, absorption strengthen and miniaturizing the unit, and the additive for mass transfer and heat transfer strengthen, and so on. Particularly, absorption strengthen and additive has been the hot spot in the research on ammonia water absorption refrigeration. In this paper, a new type of annnonia water absorption refrigeration cycle is proposed. This refrigeration cycle is driven by high temperature flame, in order to improving the energy efficiency, this cycle uses the energy in two stage.A new type of GAX is introduced in this cooling system for absorption heat recovery, in order to maximize the coefficient of performance (COP) of the system:In addition, the ejector's introduction makes the absorbent pressure higher than the evaporating pressure, and the absorption process proceeds in high pressure, then the concentration of the rich solution is high, the COP of the cycle can be improved.
