摘　　要：为了保证汽轮机砂浆垫块的质量,解决垫块表面出现气泡偏多、裂纹和内部灌浆不实或出现分层等系列质量问题,结合汽轮机砂浆垫块施工特点,研究分析了砂浆垫块的施工策略。研究结果表明:从环境保护、人员训练、基础錾凿、模具安装、浇灌及养护等关键点着手,采取预防措施,能够极大地提高砂浆垫块一次成功率,为汽轮机轴系振动指标创优提供技术保障。For the sake of the quality of mortar pad for the turbine, to solve the series of quality prob- lems such as surface bubbles, cracks, internal grouting not dense or appearing hierarchy, combining with the construction characteristic of mortar pad for the turbine, studied and analyzed construction strategies of mortar pad. The study result shows that taking prevention measures such as environmen- tal protection, personnel training, foundation digging, mould fixing, pour and maintenance of mortar, can improve success rate of mortar pad, which provides technology guarantee for creating excellence axial vibration index of the steam turbine.
