春石斛试管苗离体再生体系的优化研究

摘  要:[目的]探讨添加激素和不添加激素培养基交替继代培养对春石斛试管苗离体再生的影响。[方法]以春石斛(玫瑰红)原球茎为试验材料,通过添加激素和不添加激素交替继代培养,研究其对春石斛原球茎增殖和小苗生长的影响。[结果]不添加激素培养30 d后转至不添加激素的培养基中继续培养30 d的试验处理对春石斛原球茎增殖的综合效果最佳。而对春石斛小苗生长的影响试验中发现,添加激素的培养基培养30 d后转至添加激素的培养基中继续培养30 d,其对春石斛小苗生长的综合效果最佳。[结论]优化了春石斛试管苗离体再生体系,为进一步完善春石斛试管苗离体再生体系的研究提供了理论基础。[Objective] The aim was to explore the impact of hormone addition and no hormone addition ahernating cuhure on subeuhure spring Dendrobium in vitro regeneration. [Method] The PLBs of Dendrobium nobile were used as the materials. Hormone addition and no hormone addition alternating culture was applied to the proliferation of PLBs and the growth of in vitro plantlels in Dendrobium nobile. [Resultl The results showed that the PLBs were first euhured on the medium with no hormone addition fir 30 d, then were further subeuhured on the same medium for another 30 d, which was the best for the proliferation of PLBs, the plantlets were first cultured on the medium with hormone addition fir 30 d, then were further subeuhured on the same medium for another 30 d, which was tiw best for the proliferation of plantlets. [Conclusionl The results optimized Dendrobium nobile seedlings in vitro regeneration system, and provided a theoretical basis for improving the Dendrobium nobile seedlings h-ore regeneration system.
