摘　　要：从介绍种子的萌发阶段出发,阐述了黄芪种子的休眠机制及其影响因素,并详细论述了促进黄芪种子发芽的处理方法,包括机械破损、沙磨处理、浓硫酸处理、温烫浸种及赤霉素处理等。Starting from introducing seed germination stages, the seed dormancy mechanism and its influencing factors of Astragalus membranacueus （Fisch） Bge. were elaborated. Then, the treatments for promoting seed germination of Astragalus membranacueus （Fiseh） Bge. were discussed in detail from following aspects, including mechanical damage, sand grinding processing, treatment with concentrated sulfuric acid, seed soaking with hot water, treatment with gibberellin and others.
