高校与产业集群协同创新的内涵及制度分析

摘　　要：高校与产业集群协同创新是提高我国高等教育质量以及产业竞争力的重要手段。主要从协同学的视角,分析了高校与产业集群协同创新的内涵,指出协同就是要使高校与产业集群基于"互利性"而自组织起来,实现共赢。同时,对高校与产业集群协同创新制度进行深入分析,为高校与产业集群协同创新的有效开展提供制度保障。Synergy between universities and industrial clusters is an important to improve quality of higher education and industrial competitiveness in China. From the perspective of synergetic theory, this paper ana- lyzes the connotation of synergy innovation between universities and industrial clusters, and presents that synergy is to enable universities and industrial clusters self-organizing based on mutual benefits to achieve win atogether. Meanwhile, this paper system of universities and industrial clusters to provide directions for the effective synergy innovation between universities and industrial clusters.
