摘 要:脉冲半导体激光器是激光引信的重要器件,其脉冲峰值功率的大小直接影响着激光引信的作用距离,其使用寿命和光电指标的稳定性直接关系着激光引信的使用寿命和性能。文中针对激光器的脉冲峰值功率的下降问题,分析了激光器发光机理影响其变化的因素,激光器的热效应、激光器的老化和不正确的使用方法。从激光探测原理分析了由于脉冲峰值功率下降对激光引信作用距离的影响。同时,从激光器生产过程和应用两方面剖析了加速激光器老化甚至导致失效的原因,最后根据多年使用经验,总结了脉冲半导体激光器在激光引信系统使用过程中的注意事项,并提出了解决措施。Pulsed laser diode was an important component of laser Proximity Fuze. The function distance of laser proximity fuze was affected by the laser peak power directly. The life expectancy and the stability of the electro optic specifications is closely related to life expectancy and the performance of laser proximity fuze. Its development at home and abroad was introduced in this paper. The factors were analyzed for the descending of laser peak power which arel the laser aging, calorific domino effect and the incorrect using method from irradiance mechanism. The effect of descending of laser peak power on the laser proximity fuze was analyzed with the laser detection theory. Meanwhile, the reason of accelerating laser diode aging and abated was explained in detail from the process and applications of laser diode. Finally, based on the pulsed laser diode appliance experience, the warnings was summarized in the process of the laser proximity fuze and solutions were put forward.
