摘　　要：本文采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了蚌埠市健康成人血清中铁、铜及锌的含量。测定结果:铁16.01～32.74μmol/L,铜14.70～31.93μmol/L、锌14.21～23.38μmol/L,本文还阐述了上述三种必需微量元素以酶的形式参与人体生化反应促进机体的物质代谢。The concentrations of serum iron, copper and zinc were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in the healthy adults of Beng-bu City. The results are as follows : iron 16.01-32.74 μmol/L, copper 14.70-31.93 μmol/L, zinc. 1.4.21-23.38μmol/L. The correlation between the three essential microelements mentioned above in the form of enzyme and human biochemistry reaction to promote metabolism will be discribed
