芦笋提取物的抗肿瘤作用——Ⅰ 芦笋提取物对S_(180)小鼠肉瘤的抑制作用

摘　　要：取自芦笋尖端和茎部分别制备提取液,以此提取液分别灌喂皮下接种S_(180)腹水型肉瘤瘤细胞的小鼠,隔日一次,每次0.5ml/只,共4次。结果发现灌喂上述提取液者瘤体明显小于对照组。芦笋尖提取液,芦笋茎提取液及芦笋尖乙醇提取液的抑瘤率分别为71.44％,73.07％及73.54％。The extract solution, prepared from tender tips and stems of white asparagus respectiely, was perfused into the stomach of mice, inoculated in subcutis with S180 ascitic cells in a dose of 0.5ml/mouse for four limes every other day. The results showed that the tumour size of mice given the extract solution became obviously smaller than that of the control group. The inhibitory rate associated with tender tips extract, stems extract and stems alcohol extract was 71.44, 73.07 and 73.54% respectively.
