基于logistic回归分析的我国国民健康满意度致因探究

摘　　要：本文通过对2386名被调查者关于健康满意度影响因素的有序多分类logistic回归分析发现,在显著水平0.05以下,与健康满意度等级显著相关的自变量有:性别、居住地、学历、健康状况、职业、年收入、婚姻状况、社会卫生服务及社会体育公共服务,共计9个指标;女性被调查者健康满意度属于非常满意的概率为男性的1.203倍;居住在城镇的被调查者的健康满意度属于非常满意的概率大于居住在城市和乡村的被调查者;学历为大学的被调查者的健康满意度属于非常满意的概率最高;健健康状况为良好的偏回归系数是3.384,最大;随着社会层级地位的降低,健康满意度属于非常满意的概率亦降低;婚姻状况为已婚的被调查者的健康满意度属于非常满意的概率最大;所在社区卫生服务到位的被调查者的健康满意度属于非常满意的概率是所在社区卫生服务不到位的被调查者的4.284倍;认为社区体育公共服务到位的被调查者的健康满意度属于非常满意的概率为认为社区体育公共服务不到位的4.739倍。同时,提出提升国民健康满意度的建议:1)倡导新型成功男人评价标准,减轻男人的生活压力;2)完善社会保障体系,降低生活成本;3)加强婚姻教育,降低离婚率,提升婚姻质量;4)完善社区卫生服务体系,拓展社区卫生服务功能,提升社区居民满意度;5)丰富社区体育公共服务供给主体,满足社区居民日益增长的体育公共服务需求。Abstract： In this study, the author finished the ordinal logistic regression analysis of 2386 re- spondents influencing factors on health satisfaction and reached the following conclusions： 1 ） The significant independent variables related to health satisfaction level was gender, place of resi- dence, education, health status, occupation, annual income, marital status, social and health services and social sports public service. 2） The probability of health satisfaction of the female re- spondents is as 1. 203 times as the one of the male respondents. 3）The probability of health satis- faction of the town residents is greater than the one of urban and rural residents . 4） The proba- bility of health satisfaction of university is the highest one. 5） The partial regression coefficient of good health status is 3. 384, and it is the most one. 6） The probability of health satisfaction of married respondents is the most one. 7） The probability of health satisfaction of the people who recognized that the community health services is enough is as 4. 284 times as the one of the people who recognized that the community health services is inadequate. 8） The probability of health sat- isfaction of the people who recognized that the community sports service is enough is as 4. 739 times as the one of the people who recognized that the community sports service is inadequate. In the same time, the author proposed the following suggestions in order to enhance the National Health satisfaction： 1 ） We should initiate a new successful man evaluation criteria and reduce the pressure of a man＇s life. 2） The government should improve the social security system and reduce the cost of living. 3） Relevant departments must strengthen marriage education in order to reduc- ing the divorce rate and enhancing the quality of marriage. 4） The government should improve community health service system and expand community health services in order to enhance eom- munity residents satisfaction. 5） The government
