摘  要:采用熔融预聚法制备了N,N′-4,4′-二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)/二烯丙基双酚A(DBA)/聚醚酮(PEK)(B/D/P)改性树脂体系。分析研究了改性树脂的固化反应特性、力学性能和热稳定性。探讨了PEK的含量对B/D/P树脂性能的影响。结果表明,适量PEK的加入可以明显提高树脂的韧性和强度(8%(质量分数)PEK的加入可使纯B/D树脂冲击强度增加61.8%,弯曲强度增加51.3%),对树脂的耐热性也有一定提高。The modified resin system of N,N'-4,4'-diphenylmethanebismaleimide(BMI)/o,o'-diallylblsphenol (DBA)/polyetherketone(PEK) (B/D/P) was prepared by melting pre-polymerization. The curing reaction characteristics, mechanical properties and thermal stability were also investigated. The effect of PEK content on the properties of B/D/P was discussed. The results show that the addition of PEK into B/D resin not only significantly improves the toughness and the strength(impact strength and flexural strength of modified resin increases by 61.8 %and 51. 3 %, respectively, when the PEK content is 8%), but also effectively improves the heat resistance of the resin.
