薰衣草花穗中几种金属元素含量分析

摘  要:采用HNO_3-H_2O_2消解体系对薰衣草花穗进行程序升温微波消解制样,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了蘸衣草花穗中的金属元素Ca、K、Mn、Zn、Mg、Fe、Cu、Na、Sr等的含量。对样品前处理方法、酸度、共存元素干扰及元素线性范围进行了实验条件的筛选,在选定的最佳实验条件下,确定了合适的样品微波消解体系并做了消解结果的准确度和精密度实验,该方法的加标回收率为90.0%—104.0%,相对标准偏差RSD≤2.37%。实验结果表明新疆薰衣草花穗中富含Ca、Mg、K、Na等对人体有益的金属元素,而Sr、Cu的含量较低。Lavender flower spike was digested by temperature program microwave digestion with HNO_3-H_2O_2 digestion system,and the contents of metal elements Ca,K,Mn,Zn,Mg,Fe,Cu,Na,Sr in lavender flower spike were determined by FAAS,and experimental conditions of sample pretreatment, acidity,coexistence elements interference and elemental linear range were screened.Under the optimal conditions,appropriate sample microwave digestion system was confirmed and accuracy and the accuracy experiment of results were operated.The recoveries were from 90.0%to 104.0%and RSDs were less than or equal to 2.37%.The results showed that contents of Ca,Mg,K,Na are rich in the lavender flower spike,and are beneficial trace element to the human body,while the contents of Sr,Cu are low.
