摘  要:应用傅里叶变换近红外(FT-NIR)光谱分析技术结合相似度匹配的定性分析方法,以来自红河(V8)、云烟(软珍品)和红山茶(软)3个牌号在制烟丝样品的近红外反射光谱数据为基础,利用TQ统计软件分别建立以上牌号在制烟丝的相似度匹配鉴别模型,并对建模参数和模型的预测效果进行了评价。结果表明,红河(V8)、云烟(软珍品)和红山茶(软)3个牌号的烟丝模型对模型样品预测的相似度匹配值(SMV)均在90以上,而对非模型样品预测的SMV均较低,说明烟丝质量若发生变化,就可以通过近红外光谱分析技术结合相似的匹配分析很好反映出来。因此,应用FT-NIR光谱分析技术可以对在制烟丝进行快速和大批量检测,为卷烟加工质量控制提供了新的思路和方法。Combining Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy(FT-NIR) with qualitative analysis of similarity-match,similarity-match identifying models were established respectively by the TQ statistical software based on the NIR reflection spectra of cut tobacco samples of 3 brands, including Honghe(V8),Yunyan(Soft Rarity),Hongshancha(Soft).Established parameters and predicted effects of models were evaluated.Results showed that the similarity match value(SMV) of models samples by the models of 3 brands were more than 90,while of the non-model samples were very low.It meant that the application of FT-NIR spectroscopy combining with the qualitative analysis method of similarity-match could reflect the quality changes of cut tobacco.Therefore,the application of FT-NIR spectroscopy could rapidly and largely identify the cut tobacco,and provided new ideas and methods to control the quality of the cut tobacco.
