药用植物中岩白菜素提取工艺的研究进展

摘　　要：对药用植物中岩白菜素含量及提取工艺的研究新进展进行综述,为本行业相关研究人员提供参考和借鉴。结果表明:岩白菜素在不同的科属、同属的不同种之间量的差异很大,其中虎耳草科鬼灯檠属、岩白菜属、落新妇属的含量较高;随着相关研究的不断深入,其提取工艺越来越先进,纯度也得到很大的提高;通过实验知道采用超临界CO_2萃取法和利用超声波提取法都可以得到较高的产率以及低廉的成本。由于岩白菜素的相关产品的临床应用在不断拓宽,对于岩白菜素在各药用植物中的含量及其提取方法和工艺的改进显得尤为重要。Based on the recent domestic and foreign literatures on Bergeninum,Bergeninum content in the medicinal plants and its extraction technology are summarized and analyzed,so as tc provide reference for researchers.Bergeninum content has great difference among different family, genus and species,which is higher in Bergenia rodgersia,Aesculifolia,Astilbe.With the deepening of research,extraction process is more and more advanced,the purity has also been greatly improved,it＇s known by experiment that both the supercritical CO_2 extraction and ultrasonic extraction can get a high yield and have low cost.With the continuous broadening of the clinical application of Bergeninum related products,it is particularly important to confirm the Bergeninum content in the medicinal plants and advance the extraction technology.
