摘  要:研究了在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH4.8)介质中,六价铬离子对于过氧化氢同时氧化藏红T和亚甲基蓝褪色的反应有一定的催化作用,通过分别检测催化体系和非催化体系在520nm和663 nm波长下的吸光度,建立了操作简单、灵敏度高、选择性好的双指示剂、双波长催化动力学分光光度法测定痕量铬(VI)的新方法。方法的线性范围(0.080—3.00μg/25mL)和检出限(5.9×10^(-9)g/mL)都较好。测定废水和自来水中痕量铬(VI)取得了满意的结果。Chromium(Ⅵ) ions had a catalytic effect on fading reaction of safranine T and methylene blue that were oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in HAc-NaAc buffer solutions at pH 4.8, through respective detection of absorbance of catalytic institutions and noncatalytic institutions at wavelength(520nm and 663nm),a method having simple operation,high sensitivity and good selectivity was established to determine trace chromium(Ⅵ) by dual-wavelength and dual-indicator catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry.The linear range of method(from 0.080μg/25mL to 3.00μg/25mL) and detection limit(5.9X 10^(-9)g/mL) were relatively good.The results of determining trace chromium(Ⅵ) in waste water and tap water were satisfactory.
