摘　　要：基于亚硝酸盐对高锰酸钾-乙二醛化学发光体系的抑制作用,建立了亚硝酸盐的流动注射化学发光测定方法;在最佳测试条件下,方法对亚硝酸盐的检出限为1×10^(-9)mol·L^(-1),线性范围为1.0×10^(-8)—1.0×10^(-3)mol·L^(-1);对1.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)的亚硝酸盐平行测定11次,其RSD为1.3%。该方法可用于测定食品或水中的亚硝酸盐含量。Basing on the inhibitory action of nitrite on chemiluminescence system of potassium permanganate-glyoxal,a method was established to determine nitrite by flow injection chemiluminescence method.Under the optimum testing conditions,detection limit was 1×10^（-9）mol·L^（-1）,and linear range was from 1.0×10^（-8）mol·L^（-1） to 1.0×10^（-3）mol ？ L^（-1）,the relative standard deviation was 1.3%with determination of 1.0×10^（-6）mol·L^（-1） nitrite for 11 repeated measurements.The method is applied to determination of content of nitrite in foodstuffs or water.
