摘　　要：制度化的政府网站群服务绩效评估工作需要对其所采用的评估指标体系进行周期性的调整或修正。针对具有层次化结构特征的地市级政府网站群服务绩效评估指标体系,为了提高其周期性的评估指标权重调整的科学性和有效性,本文提出了一种基于可拓层次分析方法的专家调查设计和满足一致性条件的综合可拓区间数算法的指标权重设计处理方法,其权重计算结果可用于指导现阶段我国地市级政府网站群服务绩效评估工作。In institutionalized government website group＇s service performance appraisals,their evaluation index systems require to be adjusted and revised periodically.Referring to the municipal government website group＇s service performance evaluation index system with a hierarchical structure,and based on Extension Analytic Hierarchy Process（EAHP）,the author proposes an expert survey design method as well as an index weights design approach of calculating comprehensive extension interval values,which should satisfy some consistency conditions and can enhance the scientific and the validity of adjusting these indicator weights,and its computed weights can be used in instructing our municipal government website group＇s service performance evaluation at the present stage.
