摘　　要：在高校图书馆办公自动化(OA)系统的研究中融入知识管理的先进理念,提出用虚拟知识库同时关联业务流程、数据资源和人员网络的系统框架,并结合哈尔滨工程大学图书馆的实际需求探索实现。实践证明,融入知识管理的高校图书馆OA系统研究是积极可行的。有助于规范办公环境的自动化,加强馆员的综合素养建设,积累丰富的知识体系,最终提升高校图书馆的核心竞争力。In the research of university library office automation system we have integrated into advanced idea of knowledge management,the system framework of interrelated business process,data resource and personnel network via virtual knowledge base was present,and then put into effect with the practical requirements in the library of harbin engineering university.It was workable with practice,which not only regulated the internal office management,but also strengthened the comprehensive quality of librarians and accumulated a wealth of knowledge system,and further enhanced the overall competitiveness of university library.
