摘　　要：目的:总结20例舌粘膜尿道成形术治疗复杂性尿道下裂的手术护理配合经验与体会。方法:回顾性分析2010年11月至2011年12月间采用自体舌粘膜尿道成形术治疗复杂性尿道下裂患者20例的临床及手术配合护理资料,总结手术配合护理经验。结果:手术成功率为60%(12/20),出现并发症为40%(8/20),其中尿瘘3例,尿道狭窄5例,均发生在吻合口处。舌供皮区均一期愈合,未出现舌供皮区并发症,重建尿道的舌粘膜均存活。结论:术前做好患者及家长的心理护理,手术间及各种特殊器械的准备工作,术中巡回护士实施有效的体位管理及眼睛护理、仪器管理及管道管理;器械护士熟悉手术步骤,密切配合手术医师,注意严格无菌操作技术,保证手术顺利完成,促进术后康复。Objective： To summarizes the intraoperative care for 20 patients receiving urethral reconstruction using lingual mucosal graft for the treatment of complex hypospadias.Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the clinical treatment and nursing experiences of 20 patients who underwent hypospadias repair by using lingual mucosal graft at our institution in the time period from November,2010,to December,2011.Results： The analysis revealed a stage-1 success rate at 60%（12/20） and complication rate at 40%（8/20）.It also revealed that 3 cases developed fistula,and 5 cases developed urethral stricture.The fistula and urethral stricture were occurred at the site of urethral termino-terminal anastomosis.No esthetic or functional complications were observed at the donor sites and the donor sites all stage-1 healed.All the reconstructed urethra survived.Conclusion： Before the beginning of operation,nursing care focused on psychological nursing and preparations of operating room,special equipments and materials.During the operation,the running nurse positioned patients safely and effectively,paid close attention to the eyes of the patients,and the scrub nurse cooperated on the operation process,assistant the surgeon properly and should have strict aseptic procedures,and promote the patients recover early.
