摘  要:[目的]为了探讨外源水杨酸(SA)在低温胁迫下对藜豆幼苗生理指标的影响。[方法]用0、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0 mmol/L SA处理两叶一心的藜豆幼苗,测定低温胁迫下藜豆幼苗的Pro含量、MDA含量、POD活性等生理指标。[结果]除5.0 mmol/L SA使幼苗鲜重下降外,其余浓度SA对藜豆株高和鲜重没有显著影响;随着SA浓度增加,藜豆幼苗叶片中蛋白质含量、Pro含量及POD活性均呈先升后降趋势,而MDA含量呈先降后升的变化趋势,其中2.0 mmol/L SA处理藜豆幼苗叶片中蛋白质含量、Pro含量及POD活性最高,MDA含量最低。[结论]SA可以增强藜豆幼苗的抗冷性,并以2.0 mmol/L SA处理的效果最佳。[Objective] Effects of salicylic acid(SA) on physiological indexes of chilling-tolerance in velvet bean(Stizolobium capitatum Kuntze) seedlings were studied.[Method] The seedlings of velvet bean at two-leaf stage were treated with 0,1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0 and 5.0 mmol/L of SA for one day and then exposed to low temperature(15 ℃) for three days,and proline(Pro) content,malondialdehyde(MDA) content,peroxidase(POD) activity and so on of velvet bean seedlings were measured.[Result] Treatment with 5.0 mmol/L SA significantly decreased the fresh weight,but other concentrations of SA had no influence on the plant height and fresh weight of velvet bean seedlings;With the increase of SA concentrations,the protein content,Pro content and POD activity in the velvet bean seedling leaves showed the trend of increase first and then decreased,but MDA content decreased first and then increased,and the protein content,Pro content and POD activity of velvet bean seedling leaves of 2.0 mmol/L SA treatment were the highest in all the treatments,and MDA content was the lowest.[Conclusion] SA can enhance the cold resistance of velvet bean seedlings,and the optimum treatment concentration of SA is 2.0 mmol/L.
