摘  要:由于人类工业与农业活动的日益频繁,土壤Pb污染问题显得越来越突出。虽然Pb不是植物必需的营养元素,但在一定程度上能被不同种类的植物吸收、累积。该研究从根系对铅的吸收及植物不同器官组织对铅的传输和分布、定位等方面综述了近十几年来国内外有关植物对Pb的吸收及转运机制的研究进展,认为植物铅抗性生理研究、鉴定和分离铅的细胞膜跨膜转运器及相关蛋白、分离和转导植物铅抗性基因是今后实现Pb污染土壤综合治理、农业生产可持续发展以及Pb污染土壤植物修复技术产业化的主要研究方向。Contamination of soils by lead(Pb) is of widespread occurrence because of the increasing industrial and agricultural activities.Although Pb is not an essential element for plants,it gets absorbed in a certain extent and accumulated in different parts of plant.The research advances related to the uptake and translocation of Pb in plants were summarized from the following aspects: Pb absorption in roots,Pb transfusion and localization by plant organs and the like,and eventually put forward the prospects with regard to the comprehensive control of Pb-contaminated soil,the sustainable development of agriculture,and the industrialized utilization of phytoremediation technology for soils contaminated by Pb.It was further suggested that researches should be focused on the plant resistant physiology to Pb,identification and isolation of the trans-membrane transporter and protein concerning Pb,separation and transduction of the Pb resistance gene.
