水资源循环经济理论初探

摘　　要：循环经济是实现资源开发可持续、生态环境可持续的重要途径。水资源是一种具有经济和社会特征的自然资源,循环经济的相关理论理应适用于水资源的可持续开发利用。基于循环经济的理念,借鉴前人的研究成果,丰富和发展水资源循环经济的概念与特征,探讨水资源循环经济的利用尺度,初步提出水资源循环经济的利用模式。Circular economy is an important way to achieve sustainable development of resources and ecological environment.Water resource is a kind of natural resource with economic and social characteristics,the circular economy theory can be applied to the sustainable development and utilization of water resource.Based on the concept of circular economy,drawing on the results of previous studies,the concept and characteristics of water circular economy were enriched and developed and utilization scales of circular economy for water resources were discussed.Then,the utilization mode of water resource circular economy was proposed initially.
