摘  要:[目的]分析滇池北岸蓝藻富集区浮游藻类的多样性及主要污染因子的时空变化特征。[方法]2007年1月~2011年12月,对滇池北岸蓝藻富集区的浮游藻类群落构成、叶绿素a、总氮、总磷浓度开展了逐月监测,分析浮游藻类多样性及水污染因子的时空变化。[结果]2007~2011年,滇池北岸蓝藻富集区浮游藻类属的多样性呈略微上升趋势,近岸区域属的多样性低于远岸区域;叶绿素a、总氮、总磷浓度近岸区域呈降低趋势,远岸区域呈略微升高趋势;叶绿素a、总氮、总磷浓度近岸区域高于远岸区域。[结论]该研究为滇池蓝藻水华控制及各项治理工作的成效评估提供了参考依据。[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the temporal and spatial variation of phytoplankton community and main pollution indicators in cyanobacteria enrichment area of north Dianchi Lake.[Method] In the cyanobacteria enrichment area of north Dianchi Lake,phytoplankton community,chlorophyll a,total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) concentration had been monitored monthly from January 2007 to December 2011,and the temporal and spatial variation of phytoplankton community and main pollution indicators were analyzed.[Result] From January 2007 to December 2011,algal diversity in the area increased slightly,and algal diversity in alongshore region was less than that in offshore region;chlorophyll a,TN and TP concentration decreased in alongshore region,but it was otherwise in offshore region;chlorophyll a,TN and TP concentration in alongshore region were higher than these in offshore region.[Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical references for the control of cyanobacteria bloom and achievement evaluation of each control measure in Dianchi Lake.
