产学研合作办学的实践与探索——以长江大学为例

摘　　要：结合长江大学的产学研实践,回顾了其发展的历程,分析了产学研实践在人才培养、增加教学与科研新的增长点、促进学校自身发展的功能,研究了在产学研实践中存在的正常教学与交流合作、人才培养与科研服务、学科差距、产学研实践与正常教学等问题,提出了要提高认识、加强组织管理、提供经费保障和认真总结宣传的建议。Combining the practice of enterprise-university-research of Yangtze University with the review of its development course,an analysis of its function in personnel training,increasing new growth points for teaching and research,and promoting school＇s own development was conducted.Many problems in the practice of enterprise-university-research were studied,such as the contradiction between normal teaching and exchanges and cooperation between personnel training and scientific research,discipline gap,the treatment of normal teaching and practice in enterprise-university-research,and so on.What＇s more,some suggestions were given to raise awareness,strengthen the organization and management,ensure funding,summarize and propagate conscientiously.
