摘　　要：为推进科学扶贫,毕节试验区将生态建设作为保障,将人口控制看作关键,探索出了统筹开发扶贫与生态建设、人口控制之间的良性互动模式;种养结合、多种富源协同开发、"打工扶贫"、各方结对帮扶等开发扶贫模式;"五子登科"、石漠化治理、农业循环经济、项目推进等生态建设模式;"人地挂钩"、利益倾斜与宣传教育相结合、扶志与扶智结合等人口控制模式。To eliminate poverty,Bijie Trial Area regards ecological construction as a guarantee,the population control as the key,and probes into the interaction models among development poverty alleviation,ecological construction and population control.The combination of planting and breeding,development of many kind of resources,part-time poverty alleviation by worker and farmer,corresponding supporting,and so on models of development poverty alleviation.＂Wuzidengke＂,rocky desertification control,agriculture circulation economy,development by projects,and so on models of ecological construction.People to hook,interests tilting and education＇s being combined,combination of aspiring and intellectual education,and so on models of population control.
