摘　　要：目的探讨中性粒细胞CD64检测对成人细菌感染的诊断价值。方法将115例患者分为细菌感染组和非细菌感染组,测定外周血白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(Neu%)和CD64阳性率。结果细菌感染组CD64阳性率(75.42%)高于非细菌感染组(39.67%,P<0.05);CD64阳性率为52.92%时,诊断细菌感染灵敏度为92%,特异度为82%。结论中性粒细胞CD64检测是诊断细菌感染的敏感指标。Objective To observe the diagnostic value of neutrophil CD64 for bacterial infection.Methods CD64 positive rate,white blood cells（WBC） and percentage of neutrophil（Neu%） in peripheral blood of 115 hospitalized febrile patients,divided into bacterial infection and non-bacterial infection group,were detected.Results The CD64 positive rate in bacterial infection group（75.42%） was significantly higher than that in non-bacterial infection group（39.67%,P0.05）.At cut-off value of 52.92%,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of CD64 positive rate for bacterial infection were 92% and 82%.Conclusion Neutrophil CD64 expression could be an sensitive marker for early diagnosis of bacterial infection.
