摘　　要：目的研究白细胞介素6(IL-6)对结肠癌Lovo细胞细胞周期的影响。方法不同浓度IL-6作用Lovo细胞12、24和36h后,PI染色检测细胞周期变化,Western blot检测周期蛋白表达。结果结肠癌Lovo细胞经体外IL-6作用后,G0/G1期细胞数减少,S期细胞数增加,CycinD1表达增加。结论 IL-6能体外促进结肠癌Lovo细胞增殖,可能与CycinD1表达上调有关。Objective To study the effect of 1176 on the cell cycle of colon cancer Lovo cell in vitro. Methods Analyzing the cell cycle of Lovo cell by PI stain and detecting the expression of cyclin by western blot. Results After treatment of IL-6 in vitro, the number of cells in G0/G1 phase was reduced,and that of S phase was increased,and the expression of CycinD1 was increased. Con clusion IL-6 in vitro lays role in promoting the proliferation of colon cancer Lovo cell,which may be related to upregulation of CycinD1.
