摘　　要：目的　研究自测健康评价的权重。方法　应用 Delphi法、层次分析法以及定性排序与定量转化法来确定自测健康评价指标体系的权重。结果　 Delphi法得到生理、心理和社会三类健康指标的权重分别为 :40 .4% ,34.3% ,2 5 .3% ;Kendall’s W为 0 .6 33(P <0 .0 0 1)。根据专家对健康指标类的权重预测结果、对指标重要性的评分排序以及实测考查 ,最后筛选出 46个指标 ,组建自测健康评定量表 ;量表中各指标的权重相同。鼻咽癌生存质量量表的权重计算结果为 :层次分析法所得最大权重为 0 .0 95 2 4,最小权重为 0 .0 0 476 ,前者是后者的 2 0倍 ;定性排序与定量转化法所得最大权重为 0 .0 6 70 9,最小权重为0 .0 15 2 7,前者是后者的 4倍多。结论　 Delphi法在确定自测健康评价的权重中 ,虽然有较高的权威性 ,但在实践中仍存在一定的局限性。个体化权重系统所得权重结果比较合理。Objective To study weights for assessment of self rated health Method For constructing weights on indicator system of assessing self rated health by using Delphi method, analytical hierarchy process, qualitative rank and quantitative transformation method Results By Delphi method, physical, mental, and social health indicator dimension weights are 40 4%, 34 3%, 25 3% respectively The Kendall’s W is 0 633 (P<0 001) Based on the result about the weight of three health dimensions, importance score ranked by experts of the indicators and formal trail, the self rated health scale is formed by finally chosen 46 items All the weights of items are the same in SRHMS Resulting from analytical hierarchy process, the maximum weight about SQOL NPC is 0 09524, and the minimum is 0 00476 The former is 20 times more than the latter Resulting from qualitative rank and quantitative transformation method, the maximum weight about SQOL NPC is 0 06709, and the minimum is 0 01527 The former is 4 times more than the latter Conclusions Applying Dephi method to determine the self rated health weight is relatively authoritative, but it is limited in some way, while individualized weighting system is more rational and scientific
