派瑞松联合去炎松尿素霜在急性湿疹中疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察派瑞松联合去炎松尿素霜治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选择四川省成都市第六人民医院皮肤科确诊的急性湿疹患者46例,随机分为去炎松尿素霜治疗组(对照组,n=23)和去炎松尿素霜联合派瑞松治疗组(实验组,n=23)。对照组涂搽去炎舒松尿素霜,实验组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用派瑞松霜。2次/d,疗程为3周。结果治疗后2组评分均明显下降,实验组评分改善情况明显好高于对照组;且2组疗效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),实验组患者的疗效明显好于对照组。结论派瑞松与去炎松尿素霜联合治疗急性湿疹,疗效优于单纯应用去炎松尿素霜。Objective To observe the efficacy of pevisone combined with triamcinolone urea cream on acute eczema. Methods 46 patients with acute eczema were enrolled from department of dermatology of Sixth People＇ s Hospital of Chengdu from 2002 to 2011, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by triamcinolone urea cream （n=23）, and the experiment group was plused use of pevisone besides triamcinolone urea cream. The experiment group was treated by pevisone besides triamcinolone urea cream, while the control group was only treated by triamcinolone urea cream two times a day, the course was three weeks. Results After treatment, the scores were significantly decreased. The clinical. symptom scores improved of experimental group were remarkably better than that of the control group. Between these two groups, there was conspicuous differences in effects. The efficacy of experimental group was significantly better than control group. Conclusion The treatment of pevisone combined with triamcinolone urea cream for patients with acute eczema is better than that of treated by triamcinolone urea cream alone.
