中医美白祛斑、散结除疤外用古方溯源(二)——宋金元时期选方用药特点

摘　　要：目的宋金元时期,中医古籍文献中记载了大量具有美白祛斑、散结除疤功效的外用方药。宋代此类方药以祛风利水、芳香通络为法,金元时期则侧重于理气活血、以白养白。本文根据中医药学的理论基础和辨证用药组方规律,结合不同时期中医学思想及著作特点,对此类外用方药进行挖掘、整理及分析,旨在指导临床遣方用药。In the Song-Jin-Yuan dynasty, ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） literature recorded many external use prescriptions and medicine with skin-whitening, macula-removing, stagnation-dissipating and scar-removing efficacy. In the Song dynasty, the therapeutic methods were dispersing wind, inducing diuresis and using aromatic herbs to dredge the meridians. In the Jin-Yuan dynasty, the therapeutic methods were regulating qi, activating blood and using white herbs to whiten skin. According to the theoretical basis of TCM and the law of prescription composition, as well as TCM thoughts and writings characteristics of different periods, the article reviews and analyzes these external use prescriptions and medicine in order to help doctors prescribe medicine.
