四物汤及其活性单体对血虚证小鼠的补血作用

摘　　要：目的:研究四物汤及其活性单体芍药苷和川芎嗪对辐射致血虚证小鼠的补血作用。方法:采用3.5Gy60Coγ射线全身1次性照射制备小鼠血虚证模型,外周血白细胞计数,骨髓集落细胞培养,计数CFU-GM、BFU-E、CFU-E、CFU-mix,测定胸腺指数和脾指数。结果:四物汤10g/kg、芍药苷26.5 mg/kg和川芎嗪11.0 mg/kg均显著升高血虚证小鼠外周血白细胞数量和骨髓集落细胞数量,四物汤显著提高胸腺指数;四物汤和川芎嗪显著提高脾指数。结论:四物汤、芍药苷和川芎嗪均具有补血作用,其中四物汤作用最显著,川芎嗪对脾指数的恢复作用最显著。To compare and research the blood enriching function of Siwu Decoction and its active monomers, paeoniflorin and ligus- traaine, on radiation-induced blood-deficiency mice. Methods： The blocd-deficiency mice were induced by using a single dose of 3.5 Gy 60Co y radiation. By using white blood cell count in peripheral blood and myeloid colony cell culture, the number of CFU-GM, BFU-E, CFU-E and CFU-mix were counted and the thymus and spleen index were measured. Results： Siwu Decoction 10g/kg, paeoniflorin 26.5 mg/kg, and ligustrazine 11.0 mg/kg can all significantly raise the number of white blood cell in peripheral blood and the number of myeloid colony cell, Siwu Decoction can notably raise thymus index, and Siwu Decoction and ligustrazine can significantly raise spleen index. Con- dusion： Siwu Decoction, paeoniflorin and ligustrazine have blood enriching function. Among them, the function of Siwu Decoction is most significant and extensive. Ligustrazine has a significant effect on recovering spleen index.
