摘  要:目的:研究广藿香油体外抗流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、柯萨奇病毒及单纯疱疹病毒的效果,为抗病毒性感冒新药研发提供依据。方法:建立流感病毒感染MDCK细胞、呼吸道合胞病毒和腺病毒感染Hep-2细胞、柯萨奇病毒感染Hela细胞模型和单纯疱疹病毒感染Vero细胞模型,以细胞病变效应(CPE)、噻唑蓝(MTT)法作为观察和检测指标,了解不同浓度药物体外抗病毒效果及药物对细胞的毒性,实验中分别以利巴韦林和阿昔洛韦作为对照药。结果:广藿香油对MDCK、Hep-2、Vero和Hela细胞的TC50浓度均为0.101mg/ml,TC0浓度为0.092mg/ml。广藿香油能明显抑制柯萨奇病毒和腺病毒所致的细胞病变,IC50分别为0.081mg/ml、0.084mg/ml,治疗指数(TI)分别为1.25、1.20;可抑制流感病毒,IC50为0.088mg/ml,TI为1.15;对呼吸道合胞病毒作用很低,IC50为0.092mg/ml,TI为1.10;对单纯疱疹病毒几乎没有抑制作用。结论:体外抗病毒实验广藿香油显示出抗柯萨奇病毒、抗腺病毒、抗甲型流感病毒和抗呼吸道合胞病毒的作用,但不具有抗单纯疱疹病毒的作用。Observing the effect of patchouli oil against influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, Coxsackie virus, herpes simplex virus in vitro. Provide the basis of developing new antiviral influenza drugs. Methods: Establish models of influenza virus infecting MDCK cell, respiratory syncytial virus and adenovirus infecting Hep-2 cell, Coxsaekie virus infecting Hela cell and herpes simplex virus in- fecting Vero cell respectively. Use CPE and MTr as the observation and detection methods, to understand the antiviral effect of different con- centration and drug toxicity to the ceils. We use fibavirin and A Silowe as control medicine in different experiment according to the virus sus- ceptibility. Results: The TC50 of Patchouli oil to MDCK, Hep-2, Vero and Hela ceils is 0. 101 mg/ml, the TC0 is 0.092mg/ml. Patchouli oil could inhibit the Coxsackie virus and adenovirus induced cell lesion obviously, the ICso is 0. 081mg/ml and 0. 084mg/ml respectively, the therapeutic index (TI) is 1.25 and 1.20 respectively; Patchouli oil could inhibit the influenza virus, the ICs0 is 0.088mg/ml, TI is 1.15; On the role of the respiratory syncytial virus is very low, the ICs0 is 0. 092mg/ml, TI is 1.10; there is nerely no inhibitory effect on herpes simplex virus. Conclusion: Patchouli oil show the ability of anti-Coxsackie virus, anti-adenovirus, anti-influenza A virus and anti-respiratory synevtinl vires excent anti-herues simnlex virus in vitro antiviral exneriment
