摘 要:目的:观察黄芪多糖对STZ诱导一型糖尿病小鼠骨髓内皮祖细胞(EPCs)功能的作用。方法:糖尿病小鼠给予100mg/kg与400 mg/kg黄芪多糖腹腔注射4周,观察小鼠EPCs小管形成能力、粘附能力以及VEGF蛋白表达。结果:黄芪多糖给药4周后,100 mg/kg与400 mg/kg两个剂量组EPCs小组形成与细胞粘附显著多于对照组(P<0.05),明显降低STZ糖尿病小鼠血糖水平(P<0.05),并能明显升高VEGF蛋白表达(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖能改善糖尿病EPCs功能,可能有助于糖尿病伤口愈合的内皮修复。AIM: To study the effects of astragalus polysaccharide (APS) on function of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) in streptozotocin in- duced type I diabetic mice. Methods: The effects of APS with 100 and 400mg/kg intrapefitoneal injection were investigated by determination tube formation, adhesion of EPCs and VEGF protein expression. Results: Long-term administratiun with 100 and 400mg/kg APS significantly increased the tube formation, adhesion function and VEGF protein expression of EPCs compare to the control group besides the decreasing effects on blood glucose of STZ-induced diabetic mice ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: These results suggest that chronic treatment with APS ex- perts an ameliorate effect on EPCs function in STZ-induced diabetic mice. The effects of APS suggest the application of APS in the wound healing of diabetes.
