天南星醋糊、酒糊外用对豚鼠口腔溃疡的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨天南星外用对豚鼠口腔溃疡模型的影响。方法:用苯酚溶液灼烧豚鼠左侧面颊,造成口腔溃疡模型,观察大、小剂量不同品种天南星醋糊和酒糊足部外用对豚鼠口腔溃疡模型的溃疡面积、溃疡程度及溃疡组织病理变化的影响。结果:给药第3天,大剂量(0.30g/足)天南星醋糊组、东北天南星酒糊组和小剂量(0.18 g/足)异叶天南星酒糊组可显著改善口腔溃疡程度(P<0.01),小剂量(0.18 g/足)天南星醋糊组和大剂量(0.30g/足)异叶天南星醋糊组、天南星酒糊组、东北天南星酒糊组可显著改善口腔溃疡程度(P<0.01);给药第5天,大剂量(0.30g/足)异叶天南星醋糊组、东北天南星醋糊组可显著改善口腔溃疡程度(P<0.01),大剂量(0.30g/足)天南星醋糊组、天南星酒糊组、异叶天南星酒糊组、东北天南星酒糊组可明显改善口腔溃疡程度(P<0.05);大、小剂量(0.30g/足、0.18 g/足)不同品种天南星醋糊和酒糊足部外用,均可显著缩小豚鼠口腔模型溃疡面积(P<0.01)、改善口腔溃疡程度及溃疡的病理变化(P<0.01)。结论:不同品种天南星醋糊和酒糊足部外用对豚鼠口腔溃疡模型有治疗作用。To explore the external curative effect of Rhizoma Arisaematis in dental ulcer guinea pig model Methods：establish the models of guinea pigs oral ulceration is burnt these cheeks by phenol,measure edema ulcer degree,oral ulcer area And Pathology change to observe the foot external curative effect of Large and low-dose Rhizoma A.risaematis of different sources with Vinegar and wine adjustable paste in guinea pig oral ulcer model.
