摘 要:目的:研究秦艽对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:腹腔注射10%CCl4花生油溶液引起小鼠急性肝损伤,以联苯双酯为阳性对照,灌胃给药7天,测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及脏器重量,并做病理切片,观察肝组织病理改变。结果:同模型组相比较,秦艽水提取物高、中、低剂量(8,4,2 g/kg)组均能降低CCl4所致急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST活性(P<0.01,P<0.05),降低肝脏MDA的含量,增强SOD活性(P<0.01,P<0.05);病理学切片显示,秦艽提取物能明显减轻模型动物肝脏病变程度。结论:秦艽水提物对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。To observe the protective effoct of Radix C, anfiana Maerophylla Pall on acute liver injury induced by CCI4 in mice. Methods: 60 mice were randomly divided into six groups: control group, model group, positive group ( bifendate), and Radix Gentiana Maerophylla Pall extract high, medium and low dose treatment group. They were administered with NS, and three doses of Radix Gentiana Maerophylla Pall ex- tract were ig administrated to the models once daily for seven days. Acute hepatic in jury was induced by injecting 10 ml/kg 10% peanut oil solution of carbon tetraehloride. After the last administration,all groups except the normal group were injected with 10% CCI4 ( 10 ml/kg) peanut oil solution to induce acute liver injury model. Four biochemical indexes were detected,including ALT, AST, MDA and SOD. Patho- logical changes in liver were also investigated. Result: Compared with model group, serum AST, ALT in Radix Gentiana Macrophylla Pall extract high, medium and low dose(8,4,2 g/kg) groups reduced significantly(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05), as well as MDA content decreased significantly, SOD increased( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) ; Histopathologieal study showed that the Radix Gentiana Maerophylla Pall extract have a good proteetive effect for the liver of mice. Conclusion: Radix Gentiana Maerophylla Pall extract has a protective effect on the carbon tetra- chloride induced acute liver injury in mice.
